I found a great tutorial at Me Sew Crazy called the Spring Fever dress. With all this great weather we've been having this late winter and early spring, this just seemed to be the perfect thing!
The material I just happened to find at the "orange" craft store. Usually, I don't have great luck with fabric there. However, the primary material is a beautiful brown floral and paisley cotton with tons of accent colors. The lining and stays are really a quilt material, but the pink paisley just matched perfectly.
My favorite part of this dress is the back. It has a cute ruffle and buttons that require NO buttonholes or zippers!!!
I hope Miss Ella will enjoy her dress and as soon as I get a picture of her in it, I will update!
